Life Mastery Practitioner Training

For the first time, Abby brings all of her knowledge of healing together into one, college-worthy course, incorporating shamanism, counselling, psychotherapy, energy healing, and mindfulness.

Why should I become a Life Mastery Practitioner?

 

Psychology, psychotherapy, counselling and mindfulness works with the mind - we are more than just the mind. Shamanism and Energy Healing works with our Emotional body, our Spirit, our consciousness, our Energy.  If we make great changes in our psyche through energy work and yet do not have a conscious awareness of what has changed, we won't be in synch with ourselves and can re-create difficult patterns that keep us blocked and trapped in the same cycles. If we understand what our main issues are with our mind, but we don't do the energy work, again we become trapped in old patterns and we wear ourselves out, never truly moving on to the next level of attainment.

We need to work with ALL of the aspects of ourselves, in order to create irreversible transformations within ourselves. It's time for a new kind of therapy - Life Mastery - where we bring the mind along, do the energy work in full consciousness, and then consciously create new patterns of thinking to support our new way of being. Life Mastery treats us as the multi-dimensional beings that we truly are. Abby has been developing this way of working for 15 years, and now is ready to offer it to the world.

Abby has created a training course that will not only teach you how to become the master of your own life, but will take it further - so you can become a Life Mastery Practitioner AND help others to reach their highest potential and become sovereign beings. Once you become qualified, you can charge for client sessions, be listed on a practitioner database and get referrals from people all around th

You will be supported to do your inner work

 Life Mastery Practitioners must do their inner work - we will support you on your journey of transformation so you can bring your clients to the deepest recesses of their psyche without fear of what you may find there yourself.

Being a Life Mastery Practitioner is unique

You will receive a grounding in Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Energy Healing and Shamanism. We will be teaching advanced modules in the future so there will always be an opportunity to grow your skillset.

You will be confident when working with clients

Many online therapy programmes neglect the experiential aspect of learning. Not this one! You will be invited to practice your client work in a safe space  - this way you will be very confident when you are working as a therapist

You will be able to set up your own healing business

 We will teach you how to start a therapy business from scratch. When you qualify you will be listed as a practitioner on our website and be offered referrals. 

You will also be taught how to work in person, online, one to one, and with groups.

Course Content

 

This is a practical, college-level course, the intention is that it will take 18 months or longer to complete.
As Abby says in the video (above), this is the first time we have run this and we may need to amend the running times depending on the group dynamics.

This will be a very practical qualification and you will have gained hours of client experience by the time you graduate. You will not only be in a position to charge clients for one to one sessions, but you will be able to facilitate groups, both in-person and online. Abby will also give you a 6 week sample template for you to adapt to your own needs, so you can facilitate group sessions, should you decide to do that.

As this is the first year running this course, flexibility will be required as we get the timings bedded down. So it may take longer than 18 months, or it may be faster depending on the circumstances. We will be giving the participants our full attention, nothing will come as a surprise, everyone will be on this journey, together.

For this reason, we are limiting the number of participants to approx 20 people. There will be an application process. Part of this process is a familiarity with the content and the amount of content. So please read each module carefully and make sure that you are able to give us your full commitment if you wish to apply.

Who Are Your Facilitators?

Abby Wynne

Course Director, Lead Instructor and facilitator.

Abby Wynne is an author and spiritual teacher who has been in private practice for 15 years. She has written more than 15 books including a trilogy in the genre of magical realism. She is the author of the bestselling One Day at a Time Healing journal.

Before becoming a therapist Abby worked in education, assessment design and instructional design. She also has a Masters degree in science, and a Bachelors degree in psychotherapy.

Abby has a podcast - Healing for Healers, writes on Substack, and is co-founder of 104 Publishing with Mark Attwood.

Lyn Man

Co-facilitator, Supervisor,
Student Care and Support

Lyn is a certified coach who has worked in her own practice and in start-up businesses developing and leading coaching and training programmes for 13 years. 

Lyn has been on her own healing and spiritual journey for over 10 years; working with and learning from Abby Wynne during this time and drawing on Natural wisdom.

Before training as a coach Lyn worked for 18 years in Senior Accounting positions within business and is a certified management accountant with a BA(hons) in Business Studies.

 

Leaf Thunderstorm

Student Liaison, Peer Facilitator, Student Care and Support

Leaf began her journey as a quirky child who spoke to trees and had an active imaginary world. In a family of homesteaders, her childhood was unconventional, unschooled, and outside most people’s concept of what would pass for “normal”.

In her adult life she has worked in many jobs including, artist, clothing designer, horse wrangler, biologist, bushcrafter, and search and rescue volunteer.

Over the last few years her interest in self-discovery has intensified; sharpening her desire to find, meet, and join others who share this path of self-discovery and purpose.

What Are My Supports? 

  • You will be invited to join a private community with the students and facilitators to share your experiences, ask questions, and feel supported. This will be in its own app, not on social media, and it will give you access to both the course materials AND the community.
  • As a student you will have your own liaison/peer support with Leaf. She will be taking the course with you and will be able to answer logistical questions. If you are having difficulty with the course materials or with relationships formed during the course you will be able to go to her as your first port of call. 
  • There will be regular live Zoom check-in sessions organised by the group outside of the course materials with Abby or Lyn (or both of them), where you will have an opportunity to discuss how you are getting on with the coursework, and talk about any questions or issues that are coming up for you
  • If you cannot make any of the live sessions they will be recorded and if you have questions for the facilitators you can catch up with them in the zoom calls.
  • Practice sessions will be part of your requirement. We want you to have formed relationships with the other students in the group, so you can start by practicing on each other, then you can expand that to practice with family and friends. We will be telling you all along the way so nothing should come as a surprise. 

 

How Much Will This Cost?

 

As you can see from the above, there is a massive amount of work being offered in this training. Not only will you graduate having done your own inner work, you will have experience of working with clients, a support network that will always have your back, and the ability to set up your own healing practice and gain paying clients.

We are committed to you, and so we want to make this as affordable as we can.

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR FEE:

  • Any personal therapy you may need as a result of what comes up for you as you do the work on the course. We will recommend therapists to you or you can have your own therapist if you wish
  • Additional support with assessment work and supplementary training from the co-facilitators may be offered from time to time at additional cost if required
  • Access to any of Abby's other healing offerings (i.e. these are available to you but you will have to pay for them as usual)
  • Reading/course materials - there will be a reading list, you will need to buy your own books
  • Any medical needs that you may feel you require while you are in training. You are received here as a responsible adult and you are responsible for your personal health costs.
  • Travel / subsistence / accommodation costs should we decide to hold an in-person event - these will come at an additional cost and at the agreement of the group

 

Please Note:

 

  • This course is NOT accredited by traditional universities and you will not be getting a degree. Instead you will be receiving practical training that will help you become a confident therapist in your own right as a sovereign being. 
  • You will, on successful completion of this course, receive a certification of competency as a Life Mastery Practitioner, accredited by Abby's Online Academy.
  • Like any college course there is a possibility that not everyone will pass the assessments. We will endeavour to support everyone during the training to the best of our capacity but we do require a certain standard of work in order to award our certification. Extra support and training may be offered at an additional fee if required.
  • Once you graduate you will be listed as a Life Mastery Practitioner on our Global Practitioners page for the lifetime of your certification.
  • You will need to renew your accreditation every year. We will inform you of what is required as we streamline our processes.

As a training body we will also be seeking accreditation with the complementary therapies accreditation board once the course is up and running.

As a graduate of the Life Mastery Practitioner course you will be eligible to display our logo on your business website and business cards as long as you are accredited. You can also use the logo of our accreditation body on your website once that is confirmed. These logos create trust in the client relationships that you will form in the future.

We hope to run an in-person annual event for our graduates. It will be in Ireland, once the course is complete. We will have lectures and contributions from all who attend, and there will be a celebration dinner. This will cost extra, but we will let you know in good time should we decide to go ahead with it.
