The Anxiety Playbook
When you’re feeling anxious you need a plan to turn to, to help you stabalise and come back into balance. It’s even better if you have this plan ready before you’re anxious, because when the anxiety hits, then you know what to do. If you don’t know how to make a plan, that’s okay, The Anxiety Playbook is here, and it can be your plan until you’re feeling able to make your own.
Here you can choose from 10 different healing meditations to calm your soul, help you ground yourself and bring yourself back to your centre. Each one serves a different purpose, some are for listening to when you’re in the thick of it, others you need to create a quiet healing space to listen.

We are all in this together, you’re not the only one who feels this way in the world right now. So start by visualising yourself unplugging yourself from the anxiety of the world. See your plug releasing from the system of fear, and visualise it melting away as you get your power back from the things you’ve given it away to.
Then sit back, relax and listen to whichever of the titles calls to you the most in the moment. You’re okay, You’ve got this.
