TECHNICAL NOTES
This is energy work and there may be many reasons why you may have trouble on the day accessing the live webinar. Please don’t stress, being stressed and anxious may ‘push you’ further out of the live session. My healing guides will help you clear what may be in the way of you joining me live, so take a moment, breathe and ask them for help.
If you can’t get in after you try the following, then breathe and know that perhaps there is some aspect of you that isn’t ready for the healing, or something energetic may need to clear at your end before you can access the work.
- If you are having trouble logging into Abby’s Online Academy, make sure you are on the login page and not the register page. If you have lost your password, ensure you’re at the ‘lost password’ dialogue and that you are receiving the system emails in your inbox. Watch the video if you need help.
- If you are having difficulty accessing the webinar on the day, please log out of the webinar screen and log back in again. If you cannot hear me, or you cannot see me, please log out and log back in again.
I cannot offer you technical support while I am doing the healing work. So be patient and know that if you are meant to be there, you will be there! And if you cannot be at the live webinar, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE REPLAY, and YOU ARE INCLUDED IN THE HEALING. This is the nature of energetic work!

benefit you need to give it your full attention. It is advised
that you do not multitask, and most certainly do not listen
while driving or operating heavy machinery. Healing is not
a replacement for conventional medicine. If you are feeling
