What is the exclusive monthly content?

Each month I dedicate time to connecting to the energy of my Healing Circle and creating or sharing content around that energy. The files may include a shamanic journey to meet your power animal, soul retrieval, body reconnection exercises, mindfulness meditations and lots more, depending on what is needed at the time. I will also share thoughts on what I am working on, photographs and insights from my life, and excerpts of my writing either published or unpublished.
